Modified/Chair Yoga

 

In this Yoga class we explore basic stretches with a focus on functional movement and range of motion. This is a great class for anyone, especially if you are new to yoga or have any physical limitations.

Mondays 12:00-1:00pm

Wednesdays 12:00-1:00pm

 

Vinyasa Flow

 

This Yoga class incorporates movement from one posture to the next in a flow-like style. It is our most challenging class, but as always we offer modifications, so that the practice can be shared by everyone.

Mondays 10:30-11:30am

Wednesdays 10:30-11:30am

Fridays 10:00-11:00am
