Yoga Practice with Gratitude and Intention

Full Circle Specialized Fitness offers 2 levels of Yoga. The first and most basic class is identified as Modified/ChairYoga. In this class, everyone can participate, regardless of any physical limitations. We begin this class seated, but do offer standing postures throughout class. The second yoga style is recognized as Vinyasa Flow and incorporates movement from one posture to the next in flow-like style. This class style is more advanced and is completed on a yoga mat.
